Your purchase

These terms apply to purchases from quenrixes.shop. The seller is LeCoringC LLC, operating the Quenrixes brand. You must have legal capacity to purchase, or appropriate permission. Product pages, the digital delivery policy and our refund policy describe the edition and purchase you choose.

One-time downloadable software

Each purchase supplies the advertised Windows edition and version as digital files. It is not a subscription or a hosted transcription service. No recurring recognition fee or minute allowance is required by the delivered version. A purchase does not promise future major versions, lifetime technical support or compatibility with every computer.

Prices and payment

Prices and the currency are shown on the store. Applicable taxes and any available currency conversion are shown in Shopify Checkout before you pay. Payment is handled through the payment methods offered in checkout. Do not send card information to our support email.

Delivery and compatibility

Downloads are released automatically after successful payment, subject to payment verification and service availability. Provide an accurate email address. Confirm Windows x64 compatibility before ordering. Windows 11 has been tested; Windows 10 22H2 is a compatibility target that has not been separately tested. No Mac, Linux, ARM-native or mobile edition is advertised. The Windows installer is currently unsigned.

Transcription and speaker review

Automated transcripts, timings and speaker groups are estimates. Accuracy varies with audio quality, language, accents, noise and overlapping voices. All editions include the same multilingual Base recognition model. Higher editions add workflows and export features, rather than a different recognition accuracy guarantee. Review outputs before relying on or publishing them.

Licenses and lawful use

The custom software source is MIT licensed. Third-party engines, libraries and models retain their original licenses; corresponding notices and source materials accompany the delivery. You may use the supplied software for personal or commercial transcription subject to those licenses. You remain responsible for rights in recordings, consent to record, and lawful use of outputs. Nothing in these terms restricts rights granted by open-source licenses.

Refunds and consumer rights

The 14-day refund policy applies, including after downloads begin. Mandatory consumer protections, conformity remedies and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in effect.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately and deliver the files purchased. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to Shopify or third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse or reliance on unreviewed automated outputs. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that applicable law prohibits us from excluding.
