Try it with confidence

If Quenrixes is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase. This promise applies even if you have downloaded or installed the software. You do not have to prove a technical fault.

How to request a refund

Email contact@quenrixes.shop from the email used for your order. Include your order number and the edition you purchased. A short explanation is welcome but is not required. You do not need to send us recordings, payment-card details or sensitive documents.

How your money is returned

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the amount paid for the refunded product, including applicable tax. We do not charge a restocking, return or processing fee. After we issue the refund, your bank or payment provider may take 5–10 business days to show it. If it has not appeared after that period, contact us.

Digital products, no return shipping

Our products are digital downloads. There is nothing to ship back, and no return address or postage is required. Download access for a refunded order may be deactivated. Please delete the supplied product copies if you are no longer using the purchase. This does not remove rights independently granted by third-party open-source licenses.

After 14 days

If your download is missing, corrupted, duplicated, or materially different from its description, contact us. We will help resolve the issue and provide a remedy where required. Your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty or non-conforming digital content, are not limited by the 14-day goodwill window.

Consumers in the EEA and UK

The 14-day goodwill refund is available even after a download begins. We do not rely on a blanket “digital goods are non-refundable” rule or ask you to waive mandatory withdrawal or conformity rights. Any stronger consumer rights that apply to your purchase remain available.
