System requirements

Windows x64 desktop

• Windows 11 x64: tested. Windows 10 22H2 x64: compatibility target, not independently tested.
• A modern Intel or AMD x64 processor. No Mac, Linux, mobile or native Windows ARM release.
• 8 GB RAM recommended. Processing time and memory use depend on the recording and chosen workflow.
• Each store download is approximately 2.2 GB and includes the installer, portable version and corresponding source archive. Allow at least 6 GB of free space to download, extract and install the complete delivery, plus space for recordings, projects and exports. The 2 GB guidance in the bundled application guide refers to application working space; the complete store delivery needs additional space. Source inspection is optional.
• Internet access is needed to purchase and download. Transcription then runs locally with the included Base model, without an API key or paid speech account.
• The installer is unsigned, so Windows may display an unknown-publisher message. Confirm you obtained it from your private Quenrixes order download.

Supported workflows

Common audio/video imports include WAV, MP3 and MP4. All editions export TXT, SRT and VTT. Creator adds subtitle styling, ASS and burned-in MP4. Interview adds local speaker grouping, label review and DOCX.

Review transcripts and speaker labels. Longer files take longer to process. Interrupted current files restart recognition; completed projects retain saved edits.
