Nothing physical is shipped

Every Quenrixes product is a digital Windows software download. There are no shipping fees, postal deliveries or physical returns.

When and how you receive files

After successful payment, Shopify Digital Products automatically provides your edition’s download links by email. Downloads are also available on the order confirmation/status page when supported. Delivery normally begins within minutes after payment is confirmed. Pending or failed payments do not release downloads. You do not need to create a transcription account or provide an API key.

What is included

Your purchased edition includes its Windows installer, a complete portable ZIP, the bundled local speech model, a customer guide and license notices. A shared corresponding-source archive accompanies the download. The installer and portable ZIP are alternative ways to run the same edition; you do not need both. The source archive is for source access and is not required to use the software.

Download and setup

Use a reliable connection and download the complete file before opening it. Installer or portable downloads are approximately 350–400 MB; the optional shared source archive is approximately 1.5 GB. For portable use, extract the entire ZIP before launching Quenrixes.exe. The model is already included.

Download problems

Check the order email, spam folder and order status page. If a link is missing or a file is incomplete, contact contact@quenrixes.shop with your order number. We can help restore access or resolve a delivery fault. Never post your private download links publicly.

Delays and refunds

Payment verification, email filtering, connectivity or service interruptions can delay access. We will assist with delivery problems. Our 14-day refund promise and mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
